Kittiwake Loft GF3 occupies the whole top floor of a converted Victorian sail store on Berry Head Road, a short level stroll from the breakwater and the harbour.
The open-plan living room has a wall of glass facing west across Torbay, a deep sofa, a log burner for winter evenings and a dining table for four. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher, induction hob and a coffee machine.
Upstairs in the eaves, the main bedroom has a king-size bed and a skylight over the bay; the second bedroom has twin beds that can be made up as a double. The shower room has a large walk-in shower.
Outside there is a small south-facing balcony, off-street parking for one car and a lockable store for bikes and paddleboards.
